Shipping
Orders are shipped every Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, excluding public & bank holidays. Please allow 3-5 days processing time for your order. If an order is needed urgently, please email me on info@karunabilimoria.com before placing your order.
For wholesale orders, lead times will vary and will be longer than stated above, depending on the order volume. Please email me if there are any questions about this, before placing an order.
Refund & Returns Policy
Perishable Products – Fresh Henna Paste
Due to the perishable nature of fresh henna, all henna paste products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you experience any issues with your henna order (such as damage in transit or a quality concern), please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the matter.

Non-Perishable / Dry Products
(Empty henna cones, acrylic templates, and similar items)
For non-perishable products, we follow standard UK & EU online selling regulations.
You have the right to:

Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items

Return unused items in their original, unopened, and resalable condition
Conditions:

You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be unused and undamaged

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
